Watching movies on my laptop.

Thanks to Walid for the link to the free documentaries. I watched Century of Self, Episode 1, Happiness Machines. To summarize, it appears that we are all linguistic victims of a few clever and greedy people. The psychology of identity and consumption, needs and desires.

Tonight I found this one drifting through design blogs: TheBurg.tv. The last scene in the current episode is hilarious because it's true. There are times and places for cheap beer and good beer. Same goes for wine. Not so much for coffee.
